Mailchimp troubleshooting
If there’s a problem with your Mailchimp, and you’re wasting too much time trying to work out what it is and how to sort it out, I can help.
I’ve been using Mailchimp longer than most people who work at Mailchimp. On top of that I have a good working knowledge of many website builders, apps, tools, CRMs and form builders, and the way they speak (or at least should speak), to each other.
That means I know what to look for and how to get it fixed.
Common Mailchimp problems include:
Emails ending in spam, or opens and clicks dropping
Emails going into junk, not getting through, or changes in reported stats can be caused by lots of different factors.
It’s important to get this sorted ASAP to avoid long-term problems that will ultimately cost you money.
I’ll take a look, see what’s going on and identify what is causing the problem.
Then I can either advise you how to solve it, or sort it out for you.
Mailchimp templates not displaying properly
Your emails have to look good on lots of different devices, screen sizes and operating systems.
Then there’s dark mode too.
If your emails are looking a bit iffy and you’re not sure where you’re going wrong, I can help.
That might mean simple tweaks or starting from scratch with a new template - I’ll take a look and see what the problem is, then we’ll play it by ear from there.
Mailchimp automations not working
You’ve got automations or flows running, but they don’t seem to be sending and you’re not sure why.
I’ll take a look, do some testing and work out what the problem is.
Then I can either give you some pointers or fix it for you.
